3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout.
  • Prices do not include shipping, duties, or taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or shipped.

4. Shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to shipment.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Blackline Studio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Once an order has shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

Shipping Damage & DOA (Dead on Arrival)

  • If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Clear photos of the packaging and product damage are required.
  • Do not install or use damaged items.
  • Approved DOA claims will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion.
  • Damage reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for DOA coverage.

5. Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.
  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping

  • No restocking fee will be charged.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return, unless defective or damaged on arrival:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Personalized items
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

6. Warranty

Blackline Studio products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Warranty Coverage

  • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Coverage period is 12 months from the date of delivery unless otherwise stated.
  • At our discretion, we will repair, replace, or refund defective items.

Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Modifications or alterations
  • Exposure to conditions beyond intended use (including excessive moisture, heat, or misuse)
  • Damage caused during installation or by third parties

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

7. PET Felt & Material-Specific Notes

  • PET felt is moisture-resistant but not fully waterproof.
  • Material characteristics such as slight colour variation, texture differences, or cut marks are considered normal and not defects.
  • Products are intended for interior use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Blackline Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
  • We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper installation or misuse.
